Including but not limited to
Stylist

Deliver cuts, color, balayage, blowouts, and finishing services at a consistently high standard

Run thorough consultations — set realistic expectations, quote accurately, and rebook before the client leaves

Build and retain your own clientele, supported by our marketing and front desk

Maintain color formulation notes and accurate client records in our booking system

Recommend and sell retail that genuinely fits the client's hair

Keep your station, color bar, and shared spaces immaculate

Participate in continuing education and brand-standard training
-
Contribute to content — before-and-afters, process video, the occasional shoot day

Active Pennsylvania cosmetology license (or license in hand by start date)

Strong technical foundation in cutting and color, with demonstrated blonding and color-correction ability

What You'll Do
Required
Assistants

Support stylists with shampooing, blowouts, color services, and salon prep
-
Create a warm, elevated experience for every client from arrival to checkout

Maintain clean, organized stations, color areas, and shared spaces

Assist with color preparation, application, and cleanup
-
Help with laundry, inventory, and daily salon operations
-
Participate in hands-on education and brand training to continue developing your skills

Assist with content creation, including before-and-afters and behind-the-scenes content
-
Learn and grow toward becoming a stylist within our team

Pennsylvania cosmetology license or currently enrolled in cosmetology school
-
Eager to learn and grow within a luxury salon environment

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Professional and personable with clients

What You'll Do
Required
Front Desk Coordinator

Create a warm, elevated guest experience from booking to checkout

Manage appointments, confirmations, rescheduling, and client communication

Greet guests, answer phones, and respond to messages

Support stylists with scheduling and daily salon operations

Process payments, rebooking, and retail purchases
-
Keep the front desk and salon clean, organized, and welcoming
-
Assist with inventory, laundry, and other salon needs
-
Customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred

Warm, professional, and personable communication
-
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
-
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Comfortable with technology and booking systems
